Refund Policy

The MLO Playbook products are digital downloads delivered instantly, so all sales are final. I will fix or replace any file that doesn't work, and I'll refund duplicate purchases. Email Support@themloplaybook.net within 7 days of purchase and include your order details. Not passing the exam is not grounds for a refund. These are study aids and do not guarantee a result.
